The 23rd Property Expo, organized by the Builders Association of Navi Mumbai (BANM) and CREDAI BANM-Raigad, has officially opened its doors at Seawoods, Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai. The exhibition, running from January 24 to 27, 2025, has already seen an overwhelming response from citizens on its first day, with many eager to explore opportunities to own their dream homes.

The exhibition was inaugurated by the state Forest Minister, Ganesh Naik, who expressed his excitement about the growth and development taking place in the Navi Mumbai and Raigad regions.

The event was also graced by Belapur MLA Manda Mhatre, actress Yami Gautam, and BANM President Vasant Bhadra.

The exhibition, which is open from 10 AM to 8 PM, showcases a wide range of housing options, from affordable homes to luxurious flats, with prices ranging between Rs. 15 lakh and Rs. 25 crore.

The exhibition highlights the rapid development of Navi Mumbai, driven by ambitious projects such as the Navi Mumbai International Airport, Metro, Coastal Road, Kharghar-Turbhe Link Road, and several others. These projects have attracted private builders who are offering properties to match the growing demand.

Several renowned builders and developers have participated, including Vicky Thomas of EV Homes, Mahesh Patel and Zubin Sanghoi from Paradise Group, and Jitu Soni Builder. The exhibition also offers a unique opportunity for buyers and investors, with a lucky draw for those who book houses during the event.

Vasant Bhadra, President of BANM, along with Secretary Jigar Trivedi and other key figures in the real estate industry, expressed their satisfaction with the exhibition’s successful launch.
