Aryan swims 20 km sea route in under four hours

Dombivli: Aryan Rajesh Khedekar, a 14-year-old student of Omkar International School, successfully swam a 20-kilometre stretch from Prongs Lighthouse to the Atal Setu Flyover in Navi Mumbai, completing the feat in three hours and 54 minutes.
Despite challenging sea conditions, Aryan’s determination and months of rigorous training paid off. Passionate about swimming since childhood, he received early coaching from his parents' initiative and maintained regular practice alongside his studies.
To prepare for the swim, Aryan trained locally for months, learning to navigate strong sea winds and rocky underwater patches. With guidance from his coaches, he developed the stamina and strategy required to complete the demanding route.
