Vashi: Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. Navi Mumbai centre organised a movie time to promote the cause of environment. 

Children from different schools of Navi Mumbai like Avalon Heights, Father Agnel, Poddar, North Point, Goldcrest, St Mary, Vibgyor, Sacred Heart and other schools gathered eagerly for a special Green Marshall’s show held on April 13.

Beautiful documentaries on dolphins and flamingos, their habitats, history, were shown by Shivranjani Gudibanda and Heeral Shah Doshi, followed by an interesting discussion on saving environment and conservation of nature.

A poster making program was also held on the theme of environment awareness and preservation. All the children gave good slogans. ‘Go green, breathe clean’, ‘Save water, save land,’ ‘Less pollution, more benefits’, ‘Save nature, save earth’, were some of the slogans given.
