The final day of the My Favourite CIDCO House mega housing scheme saw a huge turnout of citizens eager to secure their dream homes. CIDCO Corporation participated in the Navi Mumbai Property Exhibition organized by BANM CREDAI, and CREDAI Raigad, held at Tandel Maidan, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai, from January 24 to 27, 2025.

The CIDCO stall at the exhibition was bustling with activity, as citizens sought information and cleared their doubts regarding the application submission process. To facilitate the process, CIDCO provided on-site facilities for application registration and completion, urging interested applicants to bring necessary documents to the exhibition.

Special buses were arranged to transport visitors from the Property Exhibition Centre to the various CIDCO Housing Scheme sites. Experience centres were set up in Kharghar, Sector-14, Kharghar (East), Taloja, Sector-37, and Khandeshwar, Sector-28, allowing applicants to view the layout of the flats. These centres attracted a large number of interested applicants, helping them get a feel for their potential new homes.

The deadline for registering online applications and submitting the priority list of flats for the My Preferred CIDCO Home mega housing scheme is January 31, 2025. As the deadline approaches, many citizens are rushing to complete the online process.

Under the My Preferred CIDCO Home Mega Housing Scheme, CIDCO has provided 26,000 affordable flats to economically weaker sections and low-income groups under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. These flats are located in Vashi, Bamandongri, Kharkopar, Kharghar, Taloja, Mansarovar, Khandeshwar, Panvel, and Kalamboli nodes of Navi Mumbai.
