The “My Preferred CIDCO Home” scheme was launched on October 12, 2024, and has been a significant step toward providing affordable housing to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low-Income Group (LIG) categories under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). A total of 26,000 tenements have been made available across Navi Mumbai in key nodes such as Vashi, Bamandongri, Kharkopar, Kharghar, Kharghar East (Taloja), Mansarovar, Khandeshwar, Panvel, and Kalamboli.

One of the unique features of the scheme was that applicants had the freedom to choose their preferred tenements, with up to 15 preferences available for selection. This flexibility contributed to the scheme’s overwhelming response from applicants.

The lottery draw will be conducted at the venue mentioned above, and the live webcast will allow applicants to view the process from the comfort of their homes. To access the webcast, applicants can visit the CIDCO Homes website at cidcohomes.com.
