The City and Industrial Development Corporation’s (CIDCO) Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Vijay Singhal, conducted a comprehensive review meeting on January 13, 2025, at CIDCO Bhavan to assess the progress of various ongoing and ambitious projects, including the Navi Mumbai International Airport, Mega Housing Projects, and NAINA (Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area).

Accompanied by Joint Managing Directors Shantanu Goel, Rahul Kardile, and Ganesh Deshmukh, along with department heads and key officers, Mr. Singhal reviewed the current status, challenges, and requirements for the timely execution of these projects.

“The ambitious projects undertaken by CIDCO are pivotal not only for Navi Mumbai’s development but also for the state and the country. The progress so far is satisfactory, and I have instructed the concerned officers to ensure completion within the stipulated time,” said Mr. Singhal.

During the meeting, Mr. Singhal emphasized the need for seamless coordination and transparency among all stakeholders involved in major projects like the Navi Mumbai International Airport and the mega housing scheme. CIDCO's commitment to delivering world-class infrastructure and services was reiterated, with the Vice Chairman underlining the importance of adhering to timelines for the successful execution of these projects.
