CR Mega Block: Trans- Harbour local services to be affected between Thane – Vashi / Nerul

Central Railway (CR) will operate Mega Block on its Suburban sections for carrying out various engineering and maintenance works including maintenance of tracks, signaling, and overhead equipment, that are essential for infrastructure upkeep and safety on Sunday 6th April, 2025 as per the details given below:
A) Thane-Vashi / Nerul UP and DN CR Trans-Harbour Lines
From: 11.10 am to 4.10 pm
UP Trans-Harbour line services towards Thane leaving Vashi / Nerul / Panvel from 10.25 am to 4.09 pm and DN Trans-Harbour line services towards Vashi / Nerul/ Panvel leaving Thane from 10.35 am to 4.07 pm will remain cancelled.
Suburban Train services however will be available on Harbour and Fourth Corridor (BSU line / URAN) Lines during the block period.
B) Matunga – Mulund UP and DN CR Slow Main lines
From: 11.05 am to 3.55 pm
UP Slow line services leaving Thane from 11.07 am to 3.51 pm will be diverted on UP Fast line between Mulund and Matunga and will halt at Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Kurla and Sion stations. Further it will be re-diverted on proper UP Slow line at Matunga and will arrive destination 15 minutes later than scheduled arrival
DN Slow line services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), Mumbai from 10.14 am to 3.52 pm will be diverted on DN Fast line between Matunga and Mulund stations and will halt at Sion, Kurla, Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup and Mulund stations. Further it will be re-diverted on proper DN Slow line at Mulund station and will arrive destination 15 minutes later than scheduled arrival.
