The 23rd Property Expo, organized by CREDAI BANM and CREDAI BANM-Raigad, will be held from January 24 to January 27, 2025, at Seawoods, off Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai. The much-anticipated event will offer an excellent platform for homebuyers and property investors to explore diverse housing options and make their dreams of owning a home a reality.

During a press conference, BANM Chairman Vasant Bhadra emphasized the importance of the event, which will feature leading builders showcasing projects in Navi Mumbai and Raigad. “The exhibition aims to provide homebuyers with a diverse range of housing options,” said Vasant Bhadra. The event will be open to the public from 10 :00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.daily.

Actress Yami Gautam, who is the brand ambassador, will also be present during the exhibition.

The property showcase will feature projects from regions such as Kharghar, Neral, Khopoli, Karjat, Rohinjan, Taloja, Pushpak Nagar, Dronagiri, Uran, Ulwe, Palm Beach, NRI, Sanpada, and Airoli. These areas are rapidly evolving, thanks to major infrastructure developments, including the Navi Mumbai International Airport, Metro, Coastal Road, and the Panvel-Badlapur Tunnel.

The demand for homes in these regions is growing steadily, and the exhibition will feature a wide variety of properties, from affordable homes starting at Rs. 15 lakhs to luxury flats valued at up to Rs. 25 crores. Additionally, attendees who book homes during the exhibition will be entered into a lucky draw for exciting prizes.
