With the festival just days away, markets across Navi Mumbai, Thane, Uran, Panvel, APMC, and Vashi are bustling with shoppers eager to decorate their homes for the celebrations.

The vibrant stalls featuring sky lanterns, particularly those made from paithani fabrics and other traditional materials, are drawing significant attention. Consumers are increasingly seeking unique and sustainable options, leading to a marked preference for these decorative items.

Shoppers are delighted by the wide variety of sky lanterns available in various sizes, shapes, and colours, designed to enhance the Diwali atmosphere. The traditional square and hexagonal-shaped lanterns crafted from paithani and khana cloth have emerged as popular choices, captivating the interest of buyers. In addition to these, smaller lanterns are also in demand for decorative purposes.

Unique options like marbled paper lanterns, cane lanterns, and innovative shapes such as stars, lotuses, and fireballs add to the festive charm.
