Various development projects to be inaugurated

Uran: In a significant boost to the long-awaited infrastructure in Uran, Maharashtra's Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is set to lay the foundation stone for the sub-district hospital on Sunday, 1st September, at 3:00 p.m. The event will take place at Dr. Nanasaheb Dharmadhikari Marathi School Pension Park in Uran.

This sub-district hospital, which has been pending for fifteen years, marks a major milestone in Uran’s development. Alongside the groundbreaking ceremony, Fadnavis will also inaugurate several other key projects in the region.
These include the newly constructed Uran Municipal Council's administrative building, the Savitribai Phule Flower Market, the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Community Hall, and CIDCO’s newly built fish market at Charphata.

The projects, funded by substantial government resources amounting to crores of rupees, have been realised through the dedicated efforts of Uran MLA Mahesh Baldi. The Bhoomipujan and inauguration ceremonies will be held at the premises of the Nanasaheb Dharmadhikari School, reflecting the importance of these developments to the local community.

The event is expected to be attended by several notable figures, including State Health Minister Tanaji Sawant, Public Works Minister Ravindra Chavan, Industry Minister Uday Samant, Women and Child Welfare Minister Aditi Tatkare, MP Shrirang Barne, MP Sunil Tatkare, former MP Ramsheth Thakur, MLA Prashant Thakur, MLA Ravi Sheth Patil, and MLA Dnyaneshwar Patil, among other MLAs and administrative officials.
