In a new development for the Shiv Sena party’s Belapur constituency, Kishore Patkar has been appointed as the District Chief, bringing new leadership and direction to the area. The appointment was confirmed on Wednesday, November 13, under the directive of Maharashtra’s Chief Minister and Shiv Sena Chief Leader, Eknath Shinde.
In an official letter issued by Shiv Sena’s Central Office, it was stated that this appointment will span a one-year tenure, during which Patkar is expected to spearhead party efforts and foster unity among Shiv Sena supporters in Belapur.
The letter, signed by Shiv Sena Secretary Sanjay Pushpalata Bhaurao More, emphasized Patkar’s role in advancing the Hindutva ideology as promoted by the late party founder Balasaheb Thackeray, affectionately remembered as the “HinduHridyaSamrat.”
Additionally, the party expressed confidence that Patkar would carry forward the teachings of Dharmaveer Anand Dighe, a revered figure in Shiv Sena circles, and work alongside party members to expand Shiv Sena’s influence in the region.
The letter concluded with a message of encouragement for Patkar to take forward the party’s mission with full commitment.
