Belapur witnessed a vibrant and spirited celebration of Lohri, with a majestic bonfire festival organized by The Cause Travellers Welfare Organisation in collaboration with Earth Soul Events. Titled ‘Lohri Shagna Di’, the event, held at CBD Belapur, brought the essence of a traditional Punjabi village to life, drawing over 150 attendees from diverse backgrounds.

The evening commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the Lohri bonfire, accompanied by an Ardas (prayer) seeking prosperity and happiness for all. The beats of traditional Bhangra performances resonated through the venue, infusing the atmosphere with energy and joy. Renowned singer Chetan Rana mesmerized the audience with his soulful musical renditions, while Mr. Ravinder Setia of Earth Soul Events added to the excitement with his dynamic Bhangra moves and spirited Punjabi boliyan.

To capture the true essence of Punjabi festivities, a sumptuous feast featuring Makki ki Roti, Sarson ka Saag, and Dal Makhni was served by the famous Papa Ji Da Dhaba from Kharghar, delighting the guests.
