MLA Manda Mhatre's vikas nidhi lights up Vashi with solar energy lamps

Navi Mumbai: In a significant move towards sustainable energy, former corporator and Belapur assemblyman Nilesh Mhatre recently inspected the installation of 30 solar high masts in the Vashi division of the Belapur constituency. This initiative, funded by MLA Manda Mhatre's Vikas Nidhi, aims to illuminate various parts of Vashi using solar energy.
During the inspection, Mhatre observed the newly installed 30 solar high mast lighting up key areas such as Buddha Pratisthan Vashi, markets, squares, and roads. The project is providing effective and eco-friendly lighting solutions.
The launch of these solar high masts aligns with the central and state governments' ongoing appeals to citizens to maximize the use of solar energy. By spearheading this project, MLA Manda Mhatre has taken a significant step towards enhancing the sustainability and brightness of Navi Mumbai.
The initiative received considerable support from various local leaders and community members. Present at the occasion were Buddha Pratisthan Vashi, President Anant Harshvardhan, Secretary Madhukar Salve, Treasurer Pandit Bhalerao, Y.B. Bagul, Dada Kedare, Rajvilas Barbe, Somnath Javare, along with other officials and activists.
