As the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education prepares for the upcoming written examinations, students and parents can now seek assistance through a newly established control room and helpline. The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations for Class 12 will take place from February 11 to March 18, 2025, while the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations for Class 10 are scheduled from February 21 to March 28, 2025.

To address any queries related to these examinations, a control room has been set up at the Mumbai Divisional Board Office. This facility aims to provide necessary guidance and resolve doubts for students, parents, and other concerned parties. The helpline will be operational from February 4, 2025, and will function daily from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Jyotsana Shinde-Pawar, Divisional Secretary of the Mumbai Divisional Board, has urged students, parents, and concerned parties to take full advantage of this helpline and control room facility to ensure a smooth examination experience. “With these resources in place, the board aims to alleviate any uncertainties and provide comprehensive support leading up to the exams.”
