Navi Mumbai police: Maharashtra minister inaugurates Police Job Fair

Nerul: Maharashtra minister of state for home Yogesh Kadam inaugurated the Police Job Fair organised by Navi Mumbai police on April 15.

The fair was aimed at getting placements for wards of those employed with the Maharashtra police.

It was organised for the second time by the local police unit.  

About 2,600 applicants had registered for 1,765 openings with various companies.

Kadam lauded the initiative of the Navi Mumbai police.

Stating that the police force operates under several challenging situations, Kadam said, the government was seized with the matter and was doing its best to extend better facilities to the police personnel.
