The inclusive housing scheme in CIDCO's Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Area (NAINA) has garnered significant interest from citizens, prompting an extension of the online registration period until October 27, 2023. This extension aims to ensure that a maximum number of citizens can take advantage of the scheme. The online lottery draw for this scheme is scheduled to take place on November 22, 2023.

As per the approved Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR) for the NAINA project, provisions have been made for the development of housing for economically weaker sections and lower-income groups on plots with an area of 4000 square meters or more. Consequently, 20% of the total area of such plots in the NAINA project area has been allocated for economically weaker sections and lower-income group tenements. On September 19, 2023, a housing scheme offering 181 tenements was launched. This scheme includes 17 tenements for the economically weaker section and 164 tenements for the low-income group, all available for sale.
