The Padmashali community of Kamothe has officially announced its support to MLA Prashant Thakur, the Mahayuti candidate for the upcoming elections in the Panvel Assembly Constituency. This endorsement was formalized with the presentation of a letter of support to Thakur.

Prashant Thakur, representing a coalition of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Shiv Sena, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), Republican Party of India (RPI), Prakash Ambedkar’s Party (PRP), and the Mitra Party, is poised to contest the elections with the backing of the voters. The Padmashali community’s support comes as a significant boost, reflecting their confidence in Thakur's candidacy.
