Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini organises Samvad 2025

Thane: Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini’s (RMP) Atal Incubation Centre (AIC) has started a new initiative called ‘Samvad 2025 – Youth Entrepreneurship – Dreams & Opportunities’ aimed at encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation.
The first workshop to nurture entrepreneurship among the local villagers under the initiative was recently conducted at RMP’s campus in Uttan, near Mumbai.
The workshop was attended by more than 60 young and middle-aged men and women from Uttan, Dongari, Rai, Morva and other villages. Most participants were 10th or 12th pass-outs. About 10 students were also present for the workshop.
“We handhold people for transforming ideas into start-ups. This way we have assisted numerous promising rural entrepreneurs till now,” Uday Wankawala, CEO, AIC-RMP, informed the participants.
Dhammapal Thorat, district project officer, Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, discussed the available government schemes, subsidies for men and women, and the training provided.
Sachin Ranavase, deputy general manager, Jankalyan Sahakari Bank, educated the participants about raising capital, loan options from the bank, and the documents required and criteria involved.
