Taking over after the transfer of Dr. Sudhakar Pathare, Gore's leadership is anticipated to reshape law enforcement in Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, and Badlapur. A native of Pune, Sachin Gore successfully cleared the MPSC examination in 2010, marking the beginning of his distinguished career in the police force. His initial posting as Sub-Divisional Officer of Police (DYSP) in Bhandara, Vidarbha, paved the way for a series of significant roles, including Additional Superintendent of Police in Trimbakeshwar, Nashik, and Chalisgaon, along with serving as Commandant in the Special Reserve Police Force (SRPF).

Recognized for his effective contributions to crime prevention, women’s safety, and overall law enforcement, Gore's reputation as a responsible officer precedes him. This current position in Ulhasnagar Circle 4 marks his first posting as DCP, overseeing eight police stations tasked with curbing crime and ensuring the security of citizens.

Upon assuming his office, Sachin Gore received a warm welcome from fellow officers, including Assistant Commissioners of Police Amol Koli and Suresh Varade, as well as Senior Police Inspectors Vishnu Tamhane, Shankar Awatade, and several others.
