In a powerful speech at the Mahaparivartan Sabha held at Late Sanjay Patil Ground in Ghansoli, Yuvraj Sambhaji Raje Chhatrapati urged citizens to rally behind Maharashtra Swarajya Paksha and Parivartan Mahashakti to bring about lasting change in the state. The event, organized to campaign for official candidate Ankush Kadam, was attended by a large number of citizens who expressed their support for the movement.
Sambhaji Raje Chhatrapati emphasized the need to empower the displaced and challenge the political establishment that has dominated for years. He urged the people to prevent the mistakes of the past five years from repeating, calling on citizens to stand behind Parivaratan Mahashakti and Maharashtra Swarajya Paksha as they sought to usher in a new era of governance.
In his address, Sambhaji Raje invoked the legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, who united the displaced to form Swaraj and break the power of the established elite. He expressed his desire to create a self-governed society where the rights and welfare of the common people are prioritized over dynastic rule. He specifically mentioned the importance of ending the "White House terror," a reference to the power structures that have been controlling the region for too long.
Ankush Kadam, the candidate from Maharashtra Swarajya Paksha, also spoke at the event, presenting his vision for the development of the Airoli Assembly constituency. He outlined key issues such as employment generation, women’s empowerment, better healthcare, quality education, and the plight of workers, pledging to address them if elected. Kadam also criticized the political dynasty that has led the region, pointing out how political elites have secured positions for their children while leaving the common people behind.
