top-news

The persistent water woes plaguing the CIDCO Colony in Sanpada Sector-10, along with several private societies and row house areas, are soon to become a thing of the past. The long-standing issue of inadequate water supply owing to low water pressure has prompted decisive action from the concerned authorities, leading to the initiation of a ground breaking project aimed at addressing the water scarcity in the area.

Recognizing the urgent need for a sustainable solution, a dedicated water channel, measuring 250 diameters, is currently under construction. This critical infrastructure project aims to interconnect the newly laid water channel with the primary network, ensuring a consistent and improved water supply for the residents. Spearheading this crucial development, the local Shiv Sena branch chief, Visaji Loke, ardently pursued the matter and appealed to the Municipal Corporation Commissioner, Rajesh Narvekar, to intervene and expedite the much-needed resolution.

As a result of persistent efforts and advocacy, the project has finally gained momentum under the vigilant supervision of the Municipal Corporation. With the commencement of the 250-diameter water channel installation in the region, the imminent resolution of the water predicament is poised to bring substantial relief to the residents.
