With an aim to prevent copying during the Maharashtra State Board, Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination, which commenced on Tuesday, 11th February, the Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation (KDMC), under the direction of Commissioner Dr. Indu Rani Jakhar, has taken special measures by deploying special teams, i.e., three sitting teams and two flying teams have been appointed to monitor students and prevent any instances of copying.

Speaking about the initiative, an official from the civic body said, "These special teams have been strategically placed in schools where incidents of copying have been reported in previous years. The initiative aims to maintain the integrity of the examination process and ensure that all students have a level playing field".

The mobile teams, operating under the supervision of Administration Officer Ramesh Chavan and Education Officer Vijay Sarkate, will actively patrol examination centres to deter any attempts at cheating.

KDMC Commissioner Dr. Indu Rani Jakhar expressed her best wishes to all students appearing for the Class 12 exams, encouraging them to perform to the best of their abilities. "We are committed to providing a conducive environment for students to showcase their knowledge and skills," she said.
