The ongoing construction of cement road on the Sion Panvel highway near the DY Patil Stadium has led to traffic snarls on the busy road. Vehicles queuing on the road has become a common sight. Thought the Navi Mumbai police has deployed personnel for the smooth flow of the traffic, navigating the stretch has become a difficult task.
