Navi Mumbai: The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has appealed to citizens to avail available Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Non-EWS tenements under its ‘First Come First Serve’ (FCFS) housing scheme.
Launched in December 2025, the scheme offers old PMAY EWS and Non-EWS tenements across various nodes of Navi Mumbai, including Kharghar, Taloja, Kalamboli, Dronagiri and Bamandongari in Ulwe. Interested applicants can directly register and book a tenement of their choice, subject to availability.
The available housing locations include Taloja sectors 21, 22, 27, 34, 36 and 37, Kharghar Sector 40, Dronagiri sectors 11 and 12, Kalamboli Sector 15 and Bamandongari, Ulwe.
CIDCO has informed applicants that immediate possession of the tenements will be provided after completion of all payments. The prices of homes under the scheme in Taloja and Dronagiri are based on the financial year 2022-23 rates.
Eligible EWS beneficiaries seeking the ₹2.50 lakh subsidy under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) must complete the beneficiary attachment process on the Central Government’s PMAY-MIS portal. Aadhaar details and OTP-based verification will be mandatory wherever required.
CIDCO has urged applicants to complete documentation and verification procedures at the earliest to ensure smooth processing of beneficiary attachment and subsidy benefits. The corporation said the initiative aims to provide citizens with an opportunity to own affordable housing in developing areas of Navi Mumbai.
