Tamannaah Bhatia gets emotional while shooting Chhathi Maiya

Tamannaah Bhatia revealed that she became emotional while filming the devotional song Chhathi Maiya for her upcoming film The Vvaan: Force Of The Forrest. Speaking at the film’s trailer launch, the actor said the sequence helped her understand the traditions and cultural significance of Chhath Puja more closely. Tamannaah, who grew up in Mumbai, recalled seeing large Chhath celebrations at Juhu beach but said working on the song gave her a deeper appreciation of the festival. She said she began “welling up” while shooting the sequence and described actors as vessels through which emotions sometimes emerge unexpectedly. The actor also highlighted the significance of worshipping both the rising and setting sun during Chhath. The film, starring Tamannaah opposite Sidharth Malhotra, is a fantasy adventure inspired by folklore and is scheduled to release on September 25.
