Actor Sharvari says filmmaker Sooraj R. Barjatya helped her approach dance differently while working on “Jhumka Patola”, a song from the upcoming film Yeh Prem Mol Liya.

In a statement, Sharvari explained that Barjatya encouraged her to connect every movement to the narrative, helping her understand the emotions behind each step and expression. He also shared insights from his experience making memorable musical sequences in earlier films.

The actor said songs could communicate emotions that dialogue alone might not convey, often becoming closely associated with characters and significant moments in a story.

Sharvari has previously attracted attention for her dance performances in “Taras” from Munjya and “Holiyaan” from Vedaa. She said “Jhumka Patola” gave her an opportunity to explore her passion for dance in a different way.

Directed by Barjatya, Yeh Prem Mol Liya is scheduled to release in theatres on November 27, 2026.
